Instead I’m only half way through P90X2…round 1. I don’t monitor weight closely. I just knew I wanted to add muscle and lose fat. About 10 months ago I was in round 2 of P90X and weighed 187. On day 30 of P90X2 I weighed 203. …and that isn’t fat! I’m anxious to get on the scale (I only have access to 1 that I trust) and see where I’m at today. I’m yet to take b4 pics. I suppose Day 45 pics will suffice.

Yeah, baby! Loving it!! I have fond memories of walking around like the Tin Man, the first time I did P90X, LOL.

Day 1 was quite interesting. Basically a learning process for the 1st go-around. That’s how I’m looking at each one. Go about 70% the first time, for the learning curve, then ratchet up from there.

Plyocide was awesome yesterday! I really liked it and think the stretching at the end was cool. Can’t wait to bang out Day 3 today. Already feeling stronger. Sore, but strong. No Pain, No Gain!
