I’ve always struggled with doing Yoga X and thought one on one was better (except for the lack of cuing). This was the first yoga routine I actually enjoyed. I think as I progress I will do both X2 and One on One. I’m 46 and my flexibility just keeps getting better. So keep at it. It works.

My husband is just trying to get back into shape. We’ve both always been active, just needed something that would fit into our new life with a little one. Every morning we get up and do p90x in our garage. So far it’s working really well!

Yea…if that’s what you gotta to do to get the Yoga in, then definitely do that. Then with time you can build up to the full workout.

We have to get up at 4:45 to get our workout in before our 7-month old wakes up and that hasn’t happened the last two yoga workouts due to my husband’s second job and a plumbing emergency in the kitchen. Yuck! Do you think it’s okay to ease into the yoga workout? For example, only do 45 minutes and work up to the whole 90 minutes?

I understand how you feel, about it moving fast, but I disagree about P90X Yoga being better then P90X2 Yoga. I think it’s pretty tough to say one is better then the other since P90X2 isn’t meant to be exactly like P90X. Plus, most people hate how long P90X Yoga is and struggle with fitting it into their schedules. So I think that’s why they had the P90X2 Yoga move faster so they could maximize the workout in the shorter time.

There’s pros and cons to both workouts…
