I use: Stretching, a warm bath with epsomsalts (did i spell that right?) and Tiger Balm. Very little if any soreness the next morning.

Great advice Nikki! That’s great stuff and exactly what I was looking for. Everyone is different in what works for them so this is a great option for people to try to help relieve muscle soreness. You definitely can’t go wrong with a good solid warmup and stretching. Have a great day!

Cool-down stretch is also mandatory for me. I also do hanging pike stretches in a luke warm shower. I repeat every morning that I’m sore :) I’ve seriously lost count.

TL/DR: So basically warm up at your own pace for at least 10 min & that soreness will fade. Don’t let muscles tighten up.
