Sounds delicious! I’ll have to try that out sometime.

Yes, I make the Chocolate No bakes all the time! I make them into balls and then package them in 2’s so I can grab them for a work day snack. I also make the no bakes with the Tropical!! It tastes like cherry chip cake batter. Both are great and super healthy.

A packet (aka pouch) is the same size as 1 scoop. You’ll have to let me know what your favorite recipe is Michelle!

That blender actually ended up dieing so we threw it away. It lasted a good 2-3 years and was pretty cheap, so I guess that isn’t too bad. We now use the Oster My Blend Personal Blender which is 20 oz as well. I fill it up with about a quarter of ice (sometimes a tad bit more), then I fill it up to the 20 oz line with unsweetened Almond Milk from Trader Joe’s, and then I add my scoop of Shakeology. It tastes incredible, and the thickness is perfect. I hope that helps!

How long have you been using Shakology? Do you have a favorite Shakeology Recipe yet?

I just bought something like that and mine says 20oz. I want to get the same kind of thickness of your shakes.. Thanks!

No I haven’t, but I’ve heard they are awesome. You should make them and let me know who they taste! There is also a recipe for Shakeology Ice Cream out there some where. I may need to make that and do a blog post on it. Let me know how it goes!
