Has anyone ever stopped using shakeology and gained weight? I don’t want to depend on a shake to lose weight. Especially when beachbody.com has sooo many programs that seem to work without any assistance. Why would you depend on a shake?

One of my friends mentioned this and I think our plan is to save up money and get it. I was sceptical to even save up money I earn to get it it sounded fishy to me but after watching your video and reading your blog I think it is worth saving my money to try it.

I have been referring my clients to this, and the one thing people have to understand is yeah it’s expensive, but it is worth it. One person asked if it gave you super powers, yes it does, because when you are at optimal health; I guess you have super powers huh?!! You can always order it in packets if you don’t feel like buying the whole bottle. Matters not if you are health you will do what you need to in order to stay that way. You have to laugh when a person would rather spend a large amount of money on White Castle hamburger, Burger king, McDonald’s or Pizza. in that time you have bought multiple cans of Shakeology!! I await anyone willing to argue that fact.

In reply to Kathy. Check with your doctor to be sure...I'm no doc, but I don't see why not. There's a good chance Shakeology will help you with those issues. But again, check with your doctor.

Hi Jonathan, I like your suggestions and I think I do like the whole idea of ‘Try it yourself’ I just have a question for you
You said it’s a “30 day money back guarantee from day of purchase”, how does this work if your address is international and it takes 2-3 weeks to get there does that mean you only have just about 2 weeks or under to try and dicide whether you wanted to return it?

What is your personal favorite flavor of Shakeology? Mine is the chocolate. I’ve tried the fruit flavors and they just don’t do it for me. I also like to put a banana in mine. Do you add anything unique to yours?

In reply to Selena Larez. Congrats for getting Shakeology. No you really don't want to do it for more then 3 days. That would really be way too long having the limited calories # of calories that the Shakeology cleanse has you on. Just do it for 3 and then replace one meal a day with SHakeology.
