I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you
do not mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind prior
to writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there.
I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to
15 minutes tend to be lost simply just trying
to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips?

Cheers!

As you likely know, I’m not a doctor, so don’t take this as medical advice! :-) I’ve seen a lot of people who are lactose intolerant be able to use Shakeology and be totally fine (even though there is whey in it) due to all the nutrient dense ingredients. So the same could be the case for you. However, I haven’t done any research or no much when it comes to Iodine and the link or lack of link to shellfish.

I hope that kind of helps!

My doctors advise against shakeology bcs of the Iodine in it. However, I have been doing some research and dont find much of a link btwn shellfish allergy and Iodine. I know the Iodine is derived from kelp in Shakeology. What are your thoughts?

Yes, Shakeology does contain whey protein. It doesn’t contain soy, but it is manufactured in a plant that processes soy ingredients. Since you are allergic to both, it obviously wouldn’t be a good idea for your to take it.

I hope you have a great day!

I’m allergic to both, and I don’t want to buy it unless I know for sure it’s safe for me. No one at Beachbody replied to me when I asked this question… :-/ Help!
