It is inevitable that you will have days during your P90X workout that you won’t have much motivation to workout. When you don’t have much motivation to workout, it’s easy to start making excuses on why you can’t or shouldn’t workout. I briefly mentioned a way to get a discount on Shakeology in my Shakeology Review post and I wanted to go a little more in depth on it.
