Congrats!! Totally up to you, but if I were in your shoes I’d probably just do P90X3. That way I could switch things up and get back to using weights.

Then I decided to combine both months into one months workout. I’ll be finished next week. Not I don’t know if I should move on to asylum on p90x3 (although I can’t do a pull up to save my life) or T25 or some sort of weird asylum/p90 hybrid any suggestions?

But I like to mix it up. So I said to myself – insanity leans toward cardio, legs, and core, and is designed to make you lean and agile. Very little upper body resistance. Push-ups, but little else. So I went polar opposite and went for body beast, which is pure resistance training with heavy upper body focus, and is designed purely for strength and growth. I love body beast but I was always a weight lifter so I’m a little biased. Sometimes I do body beast in the morning and insanity at night to get my cardio fix, but I only double up every once in a while to avoid over-training. When I’m done with body beast, I might do another month or two of straight insanity, to build on my cardio and agility gains. Eventually I’d like to try P90x too, which sounds like a good compromise.

When you’ve don’t insanity those multiple rounds did you still see results? I’ve started my second round of insanity today and although I haven’t quite met my goal (which is less abdominal fat) I’m wondering should I stick it through or try something else.

I know I should do recovery week to keep my body in the routine of working out but I can’t decide what recovery workout I want to do. The core cardio and abs for the recovery week from month one to month two or Cardio recovery cd which is the Thursday workouts in month one? Suggestions

However, I’m a wedding photographer and so it’s not feasible for me to workout 6 days a week (some weddings are super long, for example, and are always very physically demanding!)

So, if I were going to “chop off” one of the workouts from the Insanity calendar (each week), which one(s) would you recommend – or doesn’t it really matter? Or should I extend the program by one week instead?

Thanks!

I know it’s very sad that such an awesome thing comes to an end. Here’s what to do. (What I did) So go a couple of rounds. Just cause your done doesnt mean your done. Then if you still want to move on I’d suggest p90x. It’s good to bulk up a little bit after you’ve toned it up. Next do body beast. That’s if your like me and just wanting to get huge. Btw I’ve not paid for either programs. I got em free. I don’t believe you can get a free shirt if you didn’t pay for it. Also I’m recommending these programs cause they’ve worked for me. I’m not a beach body coach trying to sell more beac body stuff. I just think these three programs are really good. Of course if you don’t want to do p90x or p90x2 or body beast. You can always hit the gym. Just make sure your doing something. All the work you’ve done you do not want to waste it. Just keep active. Run if you want then do some weight training. And that’s it.
