Yea, just give 100%. I’d recommend trying to get through the entire workout (and just drop your reps) so you can get through the entire DVD. Then you can just focus on getting your reps up as you build your strength. Hope that helps Al!

To clarify my last question lets say I started Upper Body plus but my body could not be pushed further and there is about 7 workouts left to do. If I decide to stop, should I consider the workout as complete? or should I attempt to finish it the next day(and go with option B I believe in the “What to do if I skip a workout” post)?

Yea, if you need to spice things up to keep you working out, then by all means go into P90X+ and do that schedule. If I need to switch things up, and I’ll switch out a workout with something different every now and then just to spice things up.

Not sure what you mean by your last question. You’ll have to clarify that one.

I have p90x and have not completed a full round but have always done the workouts in spurts since finding out about the fitness program about a year ago. I completed two months straight but just could not grind out the last month unfortunately. I also have p90x+ and done some of the workouts(Interval X is my fav). I have the perfect time now to workout but I have to admit p90x has become a drag(since Ive been doing the workouts on and off). I want to ask is it okay for me to jump back but into p90x+ since I am technically not a beginner? I happen to enjoy those workouts more and I believe the workouts clock out at a shorter time. And if I happen to not completely finish a particular workout is it okay to skip it?

that feeling sucks i always have it too,look above^for previous comment, now maybe he’ll answer us. but i find that this feeling is just your concious wanting to give u more motivation, what workout u do? i do parkour training and the Insanity workout, i love parkour sooo much:) do it every day and its so fun that it dose not even feel like a workout, it feels as it should, u being and expressing u.:)

Like you said, you can find all the excuses in the book to not exercise so I do it in the morning before getting ready for work and getting the kids off to school. I’m in the fifth week of P90x and loving it, it’s amazing how much stronger I feel, sure there are some exercises that I’m still having trouble with but I’m getting there. Keep up the good work!
