If I were you, I’d follow the program as it is laid out instead of moving the schedule around like that. At least stick with it for your first round of P90X2. They laid it out that way to give you plenty of time to recover between the workouts. It’s ultimately up to you what I do, but that’ what I would recommend!

The program says day 3 (Wednesday) and day 7(Sunday) is rest and recovery days.Is it ok to worout Monday -Friday and have Saturday & Sunday off????
