Cool! Yea the balance stuff is tough, but you’ll get used to it. Exactly…just focus on the moves and during Phase 2 you can work on adding size. BRING IT!

Just did Day 3 of X2 Total Body for the first time as you stated, it’s tough but I did love it. some workouts, stability on the Ball was tough – definite cannot start out with heavy weights yet. My goal is to bulk but I will not worry about that during Phase 1. Just need to learn and do the moves properly.
