I am very confused as to HOW to take the P90X Recovery Drink and the Whey Protein simultaneously. I know I need to take the Recovery drink AFTER working out, to help with muscle soreness…but what about the Whey Protein? I know I need the Whey Protein to build some muscle (which is one of my main goals) BUT WHEN DO I TAKE IT? Before my work out? Do I mix it with the P90X recovery drink? How do I implement both of the supplements into my daily routine to help me build muscle and burn that gut in the most efficient way? Please help!
