Well…. I WENT ALL OUT for the first day aswell. I started p90x 4 days ago and today I am still so sore from plyometrics, I quit Yoga X 30 minutes in :(.. I feel so bad for doing it, I almost want to re-start p90x all together. Thats how committed I want to be to this. Wish me luck on my adventure. If your available for advice I might follow your blog and show you my 30 60 90 day transformations :). I am 16 year olds and 190lbs. I need to get to around 170.

Don’t you think that’s just too much. You should eat more, and have max 3 shakes a day, 2 of them should be pre / post (recovery drink is a shake) workout
