GREAT job Michael! Keep sticking with it! With time you’ll continue to get better and better at Plyometrics and the other cardio workouts.

Yea I love salads, but I have to switch things up every now and then to keep things exciting! :-) Keep me updated on your workouts!! Make sure to let me know how the P90X Recovery week goes for you.
