I turned 13 about 6 months ago, and I would like to start exercising. I’ve always been the skinny kid at my school, and would like to change that (I’m 120LBS, 5’7). Any advice? Is it too early? Thanks!

It could work for you. Your best bet is to take the P90X Fit test to see if you’re ready for it. Go here to learn how to do the P90X Fit test – https://trek2befit.com/p90x-fitness-test

I am 20 and being that I am just two years out of high school have stopped playing sports and put on my fair share of weighti am 250 lbs about 5’11 and workout every once in awhile in terms of football and basketball pick up games. Is something like p90x going to be to strenuous for someone my size. I mean its not like I can hit the pull up bar I just cant do a pull up.I guess what I’m trying to say is can a program like this work for someone like me I see all these tot looking guys using p90x to get ripped can a heavy guy like me use this to get thin and will I physically be able to do it of course with determination and at this point I feel I have a ton of considering at 20 I should be on the best condition of my life not the worst.

As long as you don’t over train, then that’s ok to do. Just listen to your body.

I’d say start with P90X. It’s what started it all for me personally and is a great one to start off with.
