If you combine P90X or P90X2 with the nutrition, then you’ll lose the belly fat. Your nutrition is JUST as important as your workouts, and if you get that wrong then it will be tough to hit your goals.

I did the original 3-4 years ago and had excellent results. I am not totally out of shape, just not ripped compared to when I finished. I have tried to do the original, but just can’t get as focused. I am thinking of taking on “2”. What are your thoughts compared to the other series out (i.e. the 5 disc update and the 1 on 1 series BB has put out).
Also, what is the best thing to lose belly fat. I had tight abs with P90X, and it was firm, but could not lose the 1″ layer.
