Congrats for getting to week 9 of P90X! Have you re-taken your measurements recently (waist, arms, etc.)? Your inches are much more important then the weight loss. Are you sticking with the P90X Nutrition Guide?

I’d say it’s better to start with P90X. You can check out a comparison of the 2 here-

Awesome! Congrats for committing to start P90X2! What kind of results have you seen with the programs so far?

Yes, I would recommend picking up the 2 additional med balls. You’ll be using all 4 during one of the workouts! :-)

If you struggle with the pull ups, then the Chin Up Max is a great investment. It will make it easier for you to build up your strength so you can do more pull ups. Let us know when you start P90X2! BRING IT!

I will be starting X2 a week from tomorrow. I have been doing P90X, Insanity and just wrapped up Asylum a month ago. Anyhow, I am looking to master X2 over the next five to six months. So, to be sure I do it right, I am wondering if I should procure an additional two medicine balls to add to the two 10 pounders I already have now. Also, I noticed the pullup cable they used instead of a chair like in P90X. DO you think this additional piece would be a great investment? Any suggestion you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Yea I’m not a fan of the Greenberry Shakeology either. I LOVE the Chocolate. It’s definitely my favorite. Check out this post to learn how I make mine-

What I’m asking is if you like chocolate shakeology and what does it taste like. If there is a recipe that you especially like, can you please tell me because i would hate to waste another $120.00. THANK YOU!!!

Finishing up Phase 1 of P90X2 and reaaly liking it. However, I’ve heard Phase 2 is a nightmare and it’s slightly concerning :) It did take me the entire 3 weeks to learn all the moves in Phase 1 and a couple of them I can still only do 1 or 2 of without falling over but it did get better. Hoping it doesnt take me 2 months to get through Phase 2! Yikes!
