I’ve been overweight my whole life but I did p90x a couple years ago and loved it. It gave me the confidence to do a triathlon last year. 5 months ago I ordered P90x2 and was so excited but then I got into a terrible car accident and had a neck and should sprain and a herniated disk in my back. I completed 4 months of physical therapy, I am not 100 percent better but I feel lazy and overweight because of being inactive while recovery. I want to do p90x2 but not sure if I should with my health. Do you have any recommendations?

Yep! It’s totally ok. I use whey protein just about every day!

You can jump right into P90X2 if you’re don’t have the original P90X. Just do the very best you can, and make sure you do all the prep work before you start (take the fit test, your measurements, etc.). Let us know when you start and how your first workout goes!
