Summer is literally RIGHT around the corner!
That’s why I’m officially opening up enrollment to a private Challenge Group where you, me, and a small group of other cool peeps all do a fitness program TOGETHER.
That means you’ll get . . .

We’re going to be doing Tony Horton’s latest program…
22 Minute Hard Corps!
The workouts are just around 22 minutes a day, yet they are super effective and will whup our tails (aka will get us RESULTS)
No matter where you’re at in your journey, or what your goals are, you can get incredible results with this program. You likely won’t be able to gain mass with this program, but if you’re looking to lose weight, get toned, get shredded, OR just looking to maintain your weight (keep your muscles) and just lose the extra flab, and get more definition, then this program is for you.
The exercises are simple, yet highly, highly effective (no crazy complicated moves that take 20 minutes to figure out here). They’re inspired by moves our military do in basic training, and PT training…how cool is that?
You need very limited equipment. All you need are light dumbbells, a sandbag (or you can use a light dumbbell instead), and a pull up bar. BOOM. You have all you need.

What Are The Requirements To Join The Challenge?
- You must be a member of the Team TREK2BEFIT family…aka I must be your Team Beachbody Coach.
If you don’t have a Team Beachbody account (you would know if you did have an account), or if you already know I’m your Team Beachbody Coach, then you’re good to go, and you can order using the links I give you in a second.
If you already have a Team Beachbody Coach and you’d like to switch over to me so you can be a part of our Challenge, then you’ll need to make the switch FIRST, then use the links below to order. Here’s info on how to make the switch (it’s super easy to do and takes just a minute).
- You must be positive and an all around cool person (negativity, or putting others down will absolutely not be tolerated).
- You have to leave the excuses at the door and be committed to doing your workouts, and participating in our private Facebook group.
- You should be willing to invest in YOU and your fitness & health journey (obviously I can’t help you if you’re not willing to get the program and the tools you need to succeed).
Ok, Jonathan, I’m IN! How Do I Join? What Do I Do Now To Lock In My Spot?
First as a quick reminder this group will be limited to just TEN people.
Also, we’ll be officially starting the Challenge and the workouts on Monday, May 30th to account for the time it takes to ship the program out to you.
So here’s what you should do now to join us (make sure to follow the below steps ASAP to lock in your spot):
1.) Order the program ASAP.
I highly, highly recommend you order the 22 Minute Hard Corps Challenge Pack.
Because you’ll get the very best deal (you’ll save $50, and since Shakeology comes with it, it’s like you’re getting the program for just $10).
You’re also setting yourself up for having huge success since you’re getting Shakeology too (which makes the nutrition side of things way easier, and you’ll get the best possible results).
PLUS, you’ll be able to stream the workouts on your computer/cell phone, anywhere you have an internet connection so even if you have to travel you can stay up on the workouts.

That way I can make sure I’m your Team Beachbody Coach, verify that your order went through successfully, and then add you to our private Facebook Challenge group.
I’ll also lock in your spot in the Challenge so nobody else can take it.
