I just finished Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps for the last time until round 2 of the P90X workout! I was hoping to push through this workout with lots of energy and excitement (since this is the last week of resistance training), but I was unfortunately pretty tired and struggled to get through the workout. I got a horrible night’s sleep last night (maybe about 4 to 5 hours). It was just one of those nights where I was tossing and turning all night. I got pretty close to pausing the workout and finishing it later, but I decided to keep pushing forward!
Today is day 77 of my P90X workout and it was a rest day for me! I was going to try to fit X Stretch in but it just didn’t happen. I did finally finish my taxes though! Usually I’m pretty good about doing our taxes early, but this year I kept procrastinating. It felt good to finish them once and for all (one more thing off of my never ending to do list)!

P90X Kenpo X Elbow Series
I just finished a fun & tiring session of Kenpo X! It felt great to release some stress through all of the kicking, punching, jabbing, and blocking! Now that it’s getting a lot warmer outside our home has been somewhat warm inside recently (it’s not quite hot enough yet to cut the air conditioning on). I was literally soaked in sweat when I finished this P90X workout! It also flew by like usual!

P90X Legs and Back Grouch Walk
I just finished my P90X workout for the day! Today I had to do Legs and Back and Ab Ripper X. I did the workouts back-to-back with no break and I was exhausted once I finished Ab Ripper X! I know I definitely got a great workout from P90X today!
Today is day 74 of my P90X workout, and I just completed Yoga X. It felt great to do all of the poses and stretches! I also enjoyed shutting off the world around me to just focus exclusively on Yoga X. A lot of times I tend to stress myself out over very minor things (which is what I’ve done today). Yoga X helps me escape that stress and to relax. I just need remind myself that there’s no need to stress over the small things!

P90X Pterodactyl
I just finished my P90X workout for the day, Shoulders and Arms and Ab Ripper X! Today I did Ab Ripper X first before doing Shoulders and Arms. Ab Ripper X went great like usual!! I really feel like I’ve got this workout down for the most part. I do the advanced version of all the exercises so now I’m just focusing on flexing my abs as hard as I can and improving my form (keeping my legs straight and as high as possible, etc.).
