Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Hanukkah, and every holiday party in between…We’ve got  A LOT of temptations coming our way between now and January. Most people say, “SCREW IT,” and they just overeat, stop exercising and then once January rolls around they’ve managed to pack on 1, 5, or even 10 pounds. I think I read somewhere that the average person gains 10 pounds between Thanksgiving and the New Years.

If you have been exercising daily like you should and eating right, then what was the the point of doing all of that if you’re just going to throw it all away and stuff yourself with grandma’s mac and cheese and loads and loads of cookies? Think about the many workout sessions you’ve had and how HARD you’ve worked during them. Do you want all of that hard work to go to waste? How to burn fat faster? That’s a question I get a lot these days. Everything in our society is practically instant and as such people want things NOW or as fast as possible. By the way, I won’t lie or pretend I’m immune to that feeling. I want things happening just as fast or instant as you do! :-)

This big issue is, getting fit and healthy is NOT an instant or overnight thing. It WILL take time, hard work, and dedication. If you’re overweight or not where you want to be physically and with your health you need to think to yourself…How long did it take me to get this way? Becoming overweight or obese is not a overnight process. It’s usually as a result of years of eating poorly and not exercising. So the next time you get frustrated that you’re not burning fat fast or seeing results as fast as you want, think about how long it took you to get that way.

Despite burning fat and getting fit and healthy not being an overnight thing, there are however some things you can do to burn fat faster.
