
P90X Leaning Crescent Lunges
Today is day 86 of my P90X workout and I just finished an intense, but great session of Core Synergistics! I always seem to forget how intense this workout really is! It’s a great total body workout that incorporates cardio, stretching, and resistance training all in one workout. I was sweating like crazy throughout the workout as well as struggling to catch my breath in between some of the exercises.

P90X Yoga X Half Moon
I just finished my P90X workout for the day, Yoga X! It felt great to do Yoga X first thing this morning. It was also very easy to focus exclusively on Yoga X since it’s Sunday and the only thing I’m doing today is going to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg.

Rock Climbing in Virginia Beach, VA
I just finished a tiring, but fun day! Today my wife and I went to Virginia Beach to go rock climbing, and then we went to Colonial Williamsburg in the evening to go have dinner and walk around with our dog. Rock climbing was extremely fun! The last time I went rock climbing was before I started the P90X workout, and it went very bad! I only went up the wall a few times and I was dead tired. Today I went up the wall about 5 or 6 times and I felt great afterwards! I’d love to go rock climbing more often!

P90X Kenpo X
I just completed my P90X workout for the day, Kenpo X. This workout flew by (like usual) and I had a ton of fun kicking, punching, jabbing, and blocking! I was also sweating like crazy throughout the workout. Today basically concludes week 12 of P90X (with the exception of X Stretch tomorrow)!
Day 82 of my P90X workout is done! Today I had to do Ab Ripper X and Legs and Back. Both of the workouts went great, and it’s hard to believe that today was the last day I’ll be doing these workouts until P90X round 2! After Legs and Back I flipped through my P90X Worksheets and noticed every page is filled out now! It’s very exciting to see that I’ve made it this far and that I’m finally in the home stretch!
I just finished day 81 of my P90X workout, Yoga X. I did Yoga pretty early today. I have a lot of things going on this afternoon through the evening so I figured I’d knock it out early. Today I did something a little different. Usually I do Yoga X in our living room, but today I decided to do it in my home office (which seemed like a bad idea at first since my home office reminds me of everything I need to do).
