Muscle Confusion

So what in the world is “muscle confusion” and what does is have to do with you and the P90X workout? With typical workouts, you do your workout routine day in and day out and your body quickly gets accustomed to those workouts. You’ll probably see some good results in the beginning, but over time as your body gets used to your workout routine, your results will begin to diminish. You’ll eventually hit a “plateau” where you stop seeing seeing any results at all.

P90X Week 2

My wife and I are just about finished week 2 of the P90X workout! It has been another crazy week, but things are starting to get somewhat back to normal. We ended up having to do Yoga X, Legs and Back, and Kenpo X separately due to work related events we had going on, but it all worked out. I just did those workouts about mid-afternoon, and my wife did them either first thing in the morning or late in the evening. The other days we’ve been doing the workouts in the evenings like usual.

P90X Week 1

My wife and I finished week 1 of the P90X workout on Saturday! This is the 2nd round of P90X for me, and this is the first time my wife has ever done P90X before (well, she’s done some of the workouts, but she’s never completed the entire program). It was a whirlwind of a week! It was basically non-stop between my business and everything else that my wife and I had going on. We still managed to do all of the workouts, but it was a very tiring week!
