Ok, so I’ve finally made my decision on what I’m going to do when I finish my second round of the P90X workout. I decided that I’m going to do a P90X Insanity hybrid. After doing almost 180 days of P90X, I really need some type of change and I need to step up the intensity in my cardio workouts. I love the resistance workouts in P90X, so I figured combining P90X and Insanity would be the next best step for me.
I created a P90X Insanity Hybrid schedule and I wanted to share it with everyone. Below is my schedule for the next 90 days-
Weeks 1 through 3

Monday- Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Tuesday- Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X

Monday- Max Interval Plyometrics
Tuesday- Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X
Wednesday- Max Interval Circuit
Thursday- Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X
Friday- Max Cardio Conditioning
Saturday- Yoga X or Rest Day
Weeks 10 and 12
Sunday- Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, Ab Ripper X

Week 13 (Recovery Week)- Same as Above
This is the schedule that I “plan” on doing. When I actually start doing it, I may tweak it along the way. I know in the beginning I will probably replace Ab Ripper X with Cardio Abs and/or Insane Abs to try them out. Whichever one is the hardest for me to do, I’ll probably stick with that so I get a better workout. Also, I may throw in some P90X Plus workouts, and P90X One on One workouts in the mix as I go along.
There are a million different combination’s of P90X Insanity Hybrid schedules, so feel free to make your own or tweak mine to make it work for you.
I’m really excited now that I have an actual plan on what I’m going to do after this round of P90X!
