P90X Kenpo X Jab
Day 87 of my P90X workout is complete! I just finished a fun session of Kenpo X. Per usual, the workout flew by and I got a great cardio workout from all of the kicks, punches, jabs, and blocks! It’s crazy to think that this was the last time I’ll do Kenpo X until round 2 of P90X!
Tomorrow I have X Stretch, then Core Synergistics again on Thursday, and then I’ve got Yoga X on Friday. The P90X Calendar has me doing X Stretch on Saturday, but I more than likely won’t have time to do it since I’ve got my Coast Guard drills this weekend (I’m in the Coast Guard Reserves). It kind of sucks that I’ve got to work week this weekend especially since I’m finishing P90X on Friday. That means I won’t have time to re-take my measurements, take new photos until late Sunday or Monday. I’m just anxious to see my final P90X results! O well…I’ll just have to be patient and wait!
We’re starting to run out of food in our house so I’m going to go make a list so my wife and I can go to the grocery store (we like to do it together since we both hate grocery shopping)! For everyone who is doing P90X, keep giving 100% to the workouts, & keep pushing play!
Nutrition for today-
Breakfast: Bowl of Fiber One cereal and a protein shake.
Mid-Morning: Protein shake.
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with provolone cheese, and extra virgin olive oil dressing.
Mid-Afternoon: Protein shake and P90X Recovery drink after Kenpo X.
Dinner: We’ll probably be having Tilapia and a salad.
After-Dinner: Protein shake.
