I finally got a chance to take my day 90 pictures so I can see the progress I made with the P90X workout! I have to say that I’m extremely happy with my P90X results!
As far as my measurements from P90X day 56, I’ve lost another 4 pounds, I lost another 1/2 inch around my waist, and I lost another inch around my hips! Either tonight or tomorrow I’m going to re-take the fit test to see the improvements I’ve made since the start of P90X. I’ll hopefully be able post my fit test results tomorrow, and then I’ll probably put together a summary of my final P90X results, and then a review of the P90X program.
Well, this day has finally come! I just completed day 90 of the P90X workout! Time has flown by, and I can’t believe that round 1 of P90X is over! I’m officially a P90X graduate! It’s been a great journey and I’m excited now more than ever to continue pushing forward with my trek of fitness and health!

P90X Core Synergistics
Today is day 89 of my P90X workout (that’s right…DAY 89!) and I just finished an awesome session of Core Synergistics! I was full of energy today and ready to bring everything I had to the workout! I did exactly that and I got a great workout with P90X!

P90X X Stretch
I just finished a great session of X Stretch, so day 88 of my P90X workout is done! It felt really good to go through all of the stretches like usual. My flexibility is definitely increasing since touching my toes is becoming easier and easier! Maybe one day I’ll be like that lady on the P90X crew who is made of Play-doh and I’ll need a yoga block!

P90X Kenpo X Jab
Day 87 of my P90X workout is complete! I just finished a fun session of Kenpo X. Per usual, the workout flew by and I got a great cardio workout from all of the kicks, punches, jabs, and blocks! It’s crazy to think that this was the last time I’ll do Kenpo X until round 2 of P90X!

P90X Leaning Crescent Lunges
Today is day 86 of my P90X workout and I just finished an intense, but great session of Core Synergistics! I always seem to forget how intense this workout really is! It’s a great total body workout that incorporates cardio, stretching, and resistance training all in one workout. I was sweating like crazy throughout the workout as well as struggling to catch my breath in between some of the exercises.
