P90X Plyometrics Run Squat 180 Jump Switch
Today is day 72 of my P90X workout, and I just finished an exhausting session of P90X Plyometrics! I was extremely frustrated and stressed out from some work related things going on prior to doing Plyometrics. Going into my workout I decided I was going to channel that negative energy into my workout. I did exactly that and I think I did the best I’ve ever done with Plyometrics! I was struggling to catch my breath throughout the workout and I don’t think that I’ve ever sweated as much as I did today during the workout!
Plyometrics flew by today! It definitely wasn’t all that painful from all the squats like usual as well. I was just focused on doing my best and getting through as many of the reps as my legs would allow. I think it was around the Leapfrog Squats when my legs were starting to give out on me. I was getting super deep in the squats so I wasn’t able to do the last 2 reps. I also didn’t do all the reps during the Run Squat 180 Jump Switch. This exercise is pretty hard, and I started losing my balance a little bit towards the end.
I did Hot Foot again for the entire 60 seconds during both sets today. The Bonus round was also really fun! I made some really nice basketball shots and I threw a no hitter during the baseball game! : -)
Well I’m off to help my wife make dinner! We are having one of my favorites, Chili Con Turkey. It’s loaded with protein and lots of flavor! I’ve been craving it for several days now!
