P90X Kenpo X
Day 41 of my P90X workout is over! I had another great workout with Kenpo X! My legs have been extremely sore today from the Legs & Back workout I did yesterday, but I still kicked, punched, and blocked as hard as I could. I know I burned a ton of calories, and I was sweating like crazy by the end of the workout!
This whole week just flew by! It’s hard to believe that there is only 2 more weeks and I’m done Phase 2 of P90X (1 week of the usual Phase 2 workouts, and then the Recovery Week)! Then it will be time to retake my measurements and pictures to see the results I’ve been making with P90X. It’s always exciting and motivating to see the changes that have occurred from P90X. Tomorrow is X Stretch, and then back to the weight lifting on Sunday!
Nutrition for today-
Breakfast: Bowl of Fiber One cereal, and a protein shake.
Mid-Morning: Protein shake.
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with lettuce, provolone cheese, and extra virgin olive oil dressing.
Mid-Afternoon: P90X Recovery drink and protein shake after Kenpo X.
Dinner: Tonight I’m not going to be having the most healthiest meal. We are going to be ordering some pizza and hanging out with friends. I’m going to limit myself to 2 slices, which won’t be too bad. I’ll also probably have a protein shake.
After-Dinner: Protein shake.
