My wife and I finished week 1 of the P90X workout on Saturday! This is the 2nd round of P90X for me, and this is the first time my wife has ever done P90X before (well, she’s done some of the workouts, but she’s never completed the entire program). It was a whirlwind of a week! It was basically non-stop between my business and everything else that my wife and I had going on. We still managed to do all of the workouts, but it was a very tiring week!

P90X Chest and Back
Round 2 of my P90X workout has officially started! Yesterday my wife and I did the Chest & Back workout and we did Ab Ripper X. It felt so great to get back into P90X, but I have to admit the workouts kicked my butt!
Thankfully, I’m starting round 2 of my P90X workout tomorrow! I’ve been getting extremely anxious to start P90X again! I was hoping to do modified versions of some of the workouts this week, but I ended up not doing much of anything when it comes to exercise (with the exception of re-taking the Fit Test to get my final P90X Results from round 1). I did manage to stick with my diet this week though.

I re-took the P90X fit test on Monday night and below are the results. I’ve definitely made some great improvements since the start of the P90X workout! I can honestly say now that I’m truly in the best shape of my life!
I finally got a chance to take my day 90 pictures so I can see the progress I made with the P90X workout! I have to say that I’m extremely happy with my P90X results!
As far as my measurements from P90X day 56, I’ve lost another 4 pounds, I lost another 1/2 inch around my waist, and I lost another inch around my hips! Either tonight or tomorrow I’m going to re-take the fit test to see the improvements I’ve made since the start of P90X. I’ll hopefully be able post my fit test results tomorrow, and then I’ll probably put together a summary of my final P90X results, and then a review of the P90X program.
