P90X Day 69 Completed: P90X Kenpo X

P90X Kenpo X: X Time

P90X Kenpo X: X Time

I just finished day 69 of my P90X workout! I had to do Kenpo X today, and I really had a fun time kicking, punching, jabbing, and blocking! I got a great cardio workout, and I was sweating like crazy. My back and legs are a little sore from yesterday so that made some of the moves somewhat painful, but that didn’t stop me from getting a great workout!

Well, the 10th week of P90X is pretty much over! All I have to do is X Stretch tomorrow and week 11 starts on Sunday. I think I should have plenty of time to do X Stretch tomorrow. I’m going to try to have a relaxing weekend! I do have some things planned that I’ve got to get done (some work related things, and some errands) but I’m going to try to take it easy. We’ll see if that actually happens though!

Oh yea!!! I almost forgot to mention, that I cheated a little bit and I measured my arms several days ago (I had planned to only take my measurements at the end of each Phase). I was really excited to find out that my arms have increased in size from my P90X day 56 results! I was getting worried, because up until the end of Phase 2 my arms were getting smaller. I assumed I was just burning the excess fat, and that I would eventually start seeing my arms get bigger as I toned up and started building muscle. That definitely seems to be the case now that my measurements are increasing around my arms. My measurements are also increasing in my legs, and chest, and my waist size has decreased. I’m super excited to find out the progress I’ve made after these last few weeks!
