Les Mills Pump Review – When my wife heard that Team Beachbody was coming out with an at home version of LES MILLS BODYPUMP she was ECSTATIC! I had never heard of this program before, so I asked her, “Why are you so excited?” She said, “Because LES MILLS BODYPUMP is what helped me to lose 20 pounds before we got married.”
I said, “Really?” She then said, “Yea, I loved those classes. Have you heard of Ab Attack?” I started thinking about it, and I had actually done an Ab Attack class at a gym a LONG time ago. I never forgot that class because my abs were sore for an ENTIRE week afterwards. So I didn’t even realize it, but I myself had done a Les Mills class.

Yesterday I tested out a pre-workout supplement that I had never used before so I now want to give you my SuperPump Max review. Since this was the first time of me trying out SuperPump Max I was a little nervous, but excited at the same time. I was nervous how I would react to it (if I’d end up running to the bathroom due to nausea and having it ruin my workout), but I was also excited to give it a try to see if it worked well for me.

I wanted to give everyone an unbiased, no BS, N.O. Xplode review. I used N.O.-Xplode 2.0 for a couple of weeks (only on my P90X resistance days) prior to this “N.O. Xplode review” and actually had pretty decent results. HOWEVER, the last time I used it I got horrible results…
I used 2 scoops of N.O. Xplode (like I had been using before), and about 30 or so minutes into my P90X workout I started to get nauseous and I ended up running to the bathroom, hunching over the toilet and throwing up. The nausea continued, and I ended up having to stop my workout for the day which was very, very frustrating.
