Today is day 51 of my P90X workout, and I just completed Core Synergistics. I almost forgot how intense Core Synergistics was!! I was sweating like crazy throughout the workout, and I was struggling to catch my breath between some of the exercises!! Overall, I think I did pretty good with this workout!
Today is day 50 of my P90x workout, and I just completed Yoga X. I think Yoga X went really well today! I was very relaxed going into Yoga X, so I think that really helped with this workout. I made sure to do any major pending errands that I needed to do for the day prior to the workout so I wasn’t just thinking of them the whole time.
Well, I had planned on doing X Stretch today, but I ended up running out of time. Today is day 49 of my P90X workout and it’s a rest day for me! I thought today was going to be a relaxing day (and I would have plenty of time to do X Stretch), but I ended up running around trying to catch up on all of the errands I needed to do. I had a whole list of things that I’ve been putting of and putting off, and I got tired of seeing that list, so I went ahead and did a majority of the errands.
Today is day 48 of my P90X workout, and I just finished Kenpo X. I really enjoy this workout, but it feels like it is getting too easy! I always try to punch, kick, jab, and block as hard as I can (without banging my joints), and I also do the jumping jacks as fast as I can during the breaks. Even doing those things, the intensity level just isn’t all that high.
I just finished my P90X workout for the day, Legs & Back, and Ab Ripper X. Today I felt like my mind was somewhere else during the Legs & Back workout. I kept thinking of everything that I needed to do after I finished the workout. I made it through all of the exercises, but I really didn’t push myself all that hard. I hate it when I have days like this!

P90X Yoga X Crane
Today is day 46 of my P90X workout, and I just finished Yoga X. I was actually able to hold the Crane today for about 2-3 seconds until I lost my balance!!! That doesn’t seem very long, but it’s an eternity for me! Prior to today, I haven’t really been able to get into Crane at all. I would attempt to get into the pose by leaving one foot on the floor, and I would barely lift the other foot off the ground and I would pretty much fall instantly (I may have held it for a few milliseconds). I thought holding it for 2-3 seconds was pretty good for someone who is extremely inflexible, and who has never really done any Yoga prior to P90X. I really might be able to hold the Crane for the entire time by the end of P90X!
