P90X2 Yoga

P90X2 Yoga . . . aka X2 Yoga! This is one of the P90X2 workouts that I haven’t been all too thrilled about, but I understand that it’s a CRITICAL component of the program.

When I started doing Yoga X (from the original P90X) I absolutely HATED it and I dreaded it. You might have felt the same exact way. With time though, I did learn to love it. It’s even in my top 5 of favorite workouts because you just feel so freakin good after doing Yoga X (the time factor though does get in the way at times).

So going into P90X2 Yoga I’m not all that excited. I’m thinking it might be like Yoga X where I HATE IT, but I learn to love it with time.

By the way, as I’m typing this I have YET to actually do P90X2 Yoga. Today is day 4 of my P90X2 journey and here shortly I’ll be saving this page and going off to do P90X2 Yoga.

X2 Total Body…DONE! As of the writing of this blog post I just finished day 3 of my first official round of P90X2! This has got to be my FAVORITE P90X2 workout so far since it incorporates all of my favorite moves- push ups, pull ups, and other resistance moves that incorporate weight.

In my “X2 Total Body” review post I’m going to share with you everything you could ever want to know about the P90X2 X2 Total Body workout. I’ll tell you how long it is, what equipment you need during X2 Total Body, and a listing of the moves. You’ll also get to hear my thoughts on X2 Total Body immediately after I finish the workout. P90X2 Plyocide is FINISHED! I just finished pushing play with the “Plyocide” P90X2 workout so I thought it’d be fitting to give everyone a complete breakdown of this P90X2 workout. This is a killer workout and I’m still sweating from it! :-)

P90X Phase 2 – I’m Fired Up! Are you?

P90X Phase 2

P90X Phase 2 here I come! It’s been quite sometime since I’ve done an update on where I’m at with my fitness journey (last time was in February) so I wanted to give you an update on what’s been going on, what I’m currently doing now, and where I’m headed.

The last I did an update I was doing a P90X Insanity Hybrid. I didn’t officially finish the P90X Insanity hybrid, rather I ended up just going back to P90X. I would do P90X and throw in the Insanity workouts every now and then (so kind of like the hybrid, but not as structured). I did that for about 3 months or so. I didn’t have any particular goals in mind during that time rather I just wanted to maintain what I had. Eventually I got tired of just doing “enough” to get by and maintain what I had so I figured it was time that I re-committed myself to P90X. So that’s what I did and now I’m in P90X Phase 2Continue reading
