How to burn fat faster? That’s a question I get a lot these days. Everything in our society is practically instant and as such people want things NOW or as fast as possible. By the way, I won’t lie or pretend I’m immune to that feeling. I want things happening just as fast or instant as you do! :-)

This big issue is, getting fit and healthy is NOT an instant or overnight thing. It WILL take time, hard work, and dedication. If you’re overweight or not where you want to be physically and with your health you need to think to yourself…How long did it take me to get this way? Becoming overweight or obese is not a overnight process. It’s usually as a result of years of eating poorly and not exercising.
